1920s Scarf with Tassels

We are on a Cunard cruise. About every week, they have what they call a ‘gala evening’ when passengers are encouraged to get dressed in formal wear and occasionally throw in a theme - black and white; masquerade; red and gold; and Roaring 20’s. We were a hit with the feather headband and scarf and hat for the man.
